At the Centre for Systemic Studies (CSS), we are thrilled to share three wonderful events that celebrate our commitment to nurturing a vibrant systemic community. While we are excited to host the "Dance of Alliance" workshop, we are equally proud to support the other enriching gatherings. We invite you to join us for experiences that foster connection, learning, and growth.

Date: Saturday, 31 May Location: Aberdare

Step into the Warm Data Labs, where we explore the beauty of connection through the insights of Gregory Bateson and the living practice of Nora Bateson. These gatherings create a space for meaningful conversations that cross boundaries, listen for patterns, and embrace diverse perspectives.

Hosts:

  • Lisa Jones: With her background in leadership and a passion for complexity and systems, Lisa loves weaving together people’s stories through Warm Data Labs.

  • Paul Price: A graduate of the Family Institute, Paul brings his enthusiasm for Warm Data Labs to life, aiming to create regular opportunities for connection in South Wales.

Date: 3–5 October Location: Rookhow, Lake District

We warmly invite you to the Systemic in Nature Symposium, a residential event designed for outdoor, eco-therapeutic, and systemic practitioners. This gathering offers a unique opportunity to inspire your work in nature, featuring engaging workshops, community building, and a focus on sustainable practices.

Though this event is hosted by others, CSS is delighted to support it and is offering a 20% subsidy for tutors and current students to help make attendance more accessible. Spaces are limited, so be sure to register your interest soon!

Date: Friday, 24 October

Location: Bryngarw Country Park

We are excited to host the "Dance of Alliance" workshop, where we will delve into the heart of supervisory relationships. Together, we will create a reflective space to explore what we are co-creating, the contributions we bring, and what we might choose to leave outside.

This workshop is ideal for anyone in a supervisory relationship, encouraging both new and seasoned supervisors to attend together. We believe this is a wonderful opportunity to reconnect and renew your collaborative spirit.

For more details and to book your tickets for the workshop, please visit our [Eventbrite page].

We look forward to welcoming you to these enriching events and continuing our journey together in building a thriving and supportive systemic community!
